Our Data Handling Principles
We are the company MgA. Tereza Černohorská. We operate an online shop at www.princezna-terezina-design.cz. To provide our goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form
If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you provide to us mainly through the inquiry form. These include: billing information, name, surname, address, email.
Why?
We will contact you through these details for further arrangements regarding the goods and their delivery.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
How long will we process the personal data?
If we do not enter into further cooperation, your data will be processed for no longer than 30 days from our last communication.
Processing of Personal Data When Making a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, phone, email.
Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you through the contact details regarding the status of your order, possibly about complaints or your inquiries.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations imposed by law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or possibly for handling complaints and others).
On what legal basis are we processing personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of our service provision and thereafter for 30 days from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you opted out during the purchase.
Who Has Access to the Data?
Your data remains with us. However, some companies or other persons who help us run our online shop may access the data. These include:
- The operator of the princezna Terezína DESIGN e-shop platform (MgA. Tereza Černohorská, with registered office at Kostelík 13, 270 41 Slabce, ID 07447337)
- Companies involved in shipping goods (Czech Post, Zásilkovna)
Personal data is processed only within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Additional Information
Our company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
Our company does not engage in decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

Your Rights in Connection with Personal Data Processing
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to contact us and request information on what personal data we process about you, request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, request its deletion in certain situations, and in some cases, have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, or take your claims to court.
